I want to learn about your family! I know your time is precious, so I'll send over a questionnaire where you can share everything that makes your family unique. This will help me know how best to photograph you. I'll also learn what matters to you, and the kind of artwork you envision for your home. I’ll walk you through the options and answer every question, so you feel completely confident and cared for.
During the planning process, we’ll choose the session experience that fits you best. For Luxury Sessions, you’ll have full access to the studio wardrobe—featuring beautifully curated gowns for mothers and coordinating pieces for little ones. I’ll guide you through styling the entire family and create a custom style board with direct links to anything you’d like to add. For Classic Sessions, you’ll receive my wardrobe planning guide filled with expert tips and favorite shop links to help you effortlessly coordinate your family’s look.
YOUR SESSION DAY
On your session day, all you need to do is arrive and breathe. If added, professional hair and makeup will begin in the comfort of your home, and wardrobe pieces will be delivered to your home ahead of time. I’ll gently guide you through a relaxed, baby-led session where nothing feels rushed or forced—just soft connection and genuine moments. For Classic Sessions, you’ll arrive camera-ready and we’ll ease into a calm, natural flow together, capturing those quiet, in-between details that tell your family’s story.
Gallery Reveal & Design Appointment
When your gallery is ready, we’ll walk through your images together and begin imagining how they’ll live in your home. I’ll guide you through artwork and album options, helping you visualize pieces that complement your space and tell your family’s story. Whether it’s a fine art album to be passed down for generations or framed prints that bring joy to your walls each day, your photographs are meant to be seen, held, and woven into your everyday life.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
At Fieldstone Studio, we don't put babies into unnatural, perfect poses. To be honest, perfection isn't our thing. We prefer naturally posing babies and children in ways that feel right for them. They will settle into those natural poses in their own way. This might look like grabbing onto their tiny toes, or twirling their hair in that self-soothing way you've come to love. For toddlers, this could also mean immediately running at the camera. And that's okay!
We're used to action shots, and we know that little ones give us but a brief moment of attention. We'll take play breaks and nursing breaks without stress. Trust me, we will get plenty of precious images through their movement.
